1. Who we are

Rehearse With Me ("the Service") lets people upload screenplays and rehearse them together over video. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age set for your region) to use the Service. You confirm your age when you register.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity on your account. Tell us promptly of any unauthorised use.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to harass, abuse, threaten, or harm others; to share unlawful, hateful, or sexually exploitative content; to impersonate others; or to disrupt the Service. We may suspend or remove accounts that breach these rules.

5. Content you upload

You keep ownership of screenplays and material you upload. You confirm you have the rights to upload them, and you grant us a limited licence to host and display that content so the Service can function. We respond to valid copyright complaints and may remove infringing material.

6. Recording

Rehearsals may be recorded by a participant. Recording is announced to everyone in the room, and participants may opt out. Do not record people without their consent where the law requires it.

7. Availability and changes

The Service is provided "as is", without warranties. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Account & privacy section. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
