1. What we collect

Account data: your name, email address, and a securely hashed password. We ask your date of birth to confirm you meet the minimum age — we use it to check your age and do not store it. We also store screenplays you upload, rehearsals you create, and any abuse reports you file.

2. How we use it

To provide the Service: to sign you in, let people cast and invite each other, run rehearsals, send verification and password-reset emails, and keep the Service safe.

3. Cookies

We use a single strictly-necessary cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

4. Video and recordings

Live video and audio are peer-to-peer (browser-to-browser) and are not stored by us. If a participant records a rehearsal, the recording is saved on their own device, not on our servers.

5. Who we share with

We use service providers to run the Service (hosting, the database, and email delivery). They process data on our behalf. We do not sell your data.

6. Your rights

You can export all the data we hold about you and delete your account and data at any time from the Account & privacy section in the app. Depending on your region you may have additional rights (access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection); contact us to exercise them.

7. Data retention

We keep your data while your account exists. When you delete your account, your personal data is removed.

8. Children

The Service is not intended for people under the minimum age. We do not knowingly collect data from underage users; if you believe a child has registered, contact us and we will remove the account.
